Outback NSW is a land of rugged natural beauty with iconic red earth, enormous, wide-open spaces under bright blue skies and ancient and spectacular landforms.

Visitors are invariably awestruck by the profound impact of space, the myriad of stars in the night sky and the ever-present wildlife. In addition, the outback is full of fascinating characters, history, bird life and wildflowers, it encompasses a whole world of interests.

Tourism NSW works with the Regional Tourism Organisation of Outback NSW in this zone.

Target source markets include Sydney, regional Victoria, South Australia, Southern Queensland and regional NSW.

Marketing Campaigns
Tourism NSW runs marketing campaigns to promote Outback NSW throughout the year, often in conjunction with industry partners. These can include brand and tactical activity, across a range of mediums, including television, print, online and public relations.
